This 2009 newly constructed cottage is situated at the mouth of Winter Bay and the open waters of the St. Lawrence. There are so many ́Million Dollarî views here on our island and this is no exception. Enjoy a walk down to the water and a lovely sandy beach just a short walk up the shore. Being the cottage is centrally located on the island, it will make any day trip you choose to go on, easy.
Island Bay Cottage is fully stocked from dishes to bedding and everything in between including some bicycles. The only thing you have to bring is you, your family, friends, and food.

A little bit of history: The owners of this properties family has owned 200 acres in the area since 1845, it was farmed for a 10o of those years. The famous rum runners used to use Winter Bay to bring in alcohol, there are many songs and stories about Nelli J. Banks to be found on the internet and sung around the island
